Yo Yo diets, stacking the weight back on, low self esteem, guilt trips, role models, bulimia, diabetes, we could go on and on, it can be like you are on a roller coaster with no light at the end of the tunnel. As a fitness trainer and personal coach I flinch immediately when I hear the word “Diet”. Studies have proven that more than two thirds of you attempting to lose weight through one diet or another will regain at least your original weight, often more within 12 months.
