Losing Weight, But Not Inches?

The phrase “lose weight” is practically synonymous with the idea of getting in better shape – you can talk to someone all day about the health benefits of carrying less fat around with diabetes this and heart disease that, but the idea of squeezing into a bikini – and fast – is usually a much more powerful motivator. So how does it feel, to lift the weights, work out at the gym, eat the rice cakes, and guzzle some magical acai berry / grapefruit juice blend… only to find that your figure seems exactly the same (or worse!) than it did before?
